I found Rush Translate  online while searching for someone to translate some business documents from English to Spanish. I was fortunate to speak to Mike Bortscheller the Operations Manager who was able to help me quickly and accurately. The cost was also fair and competitive with other online translation services I spoke with. I would highly recommend the team from Rush Translate to anyone who needs documents translated. While the quality of the translation was excellent, and the review process was painless, the turnaround time estimate was WAY off. I paid an extra $14.95 for expedited processing, which was supposed to reduce the turnaround time from 24 hours to 12. But, all-in-all, it took about 40 hours to receive my final translation. While I did request a certified translation and needed one revision (which I submitted withing the hour of having received the first draft), the estimator apparently did not take these into account, which was disappointing, since time was of the essence to me. I would certainly use and recommend this service again, but with the caveat that it will take much longer than advertised.

I needed an official translation of my driving license from French to English and I’m more than happy with what they have done. The work has been done very quickly and very professionally. It took me some time to finalize my order because I’m not always trustful in internet but I have no regrets and highly recommend their services.

I would recommend using Rush Translate to translate High school transcripts. The communication is pretty good and it stays very professional. I felt confident and I trusted them throughout the whole process.

I would highly recommend Rush Tanslate for any translation documents you have.  They will work with you until you are completely satisfied.  I even requested if they couldn't read a word/name to put in whatever letters they could make out, which they did, and I was able to fill in the blanks (it was relative to a genealogical document).  Their customer service is great too!

I am very thankful for the quality of your service.  Not only was the quality excellent, the price was reasonable and the turnaround was very fast.  My constructive feedback would be to somehow make it clearer at the beginning that supporting documentation (such as my own translations) could be uploaded together with the documents to be translated.  Somehow I missed that and it took me a couple tries to get it figured out. Thank you.  I know where to come the next time I need translations, and I'll be sure to recommend you.

I would highly recommend this translation service. I needed a translation for my birth certificate, and it was very good quality, accurate, and was super fast. 

The translator left the top of their template at the top of this document. Quick turnaround is appreciated, but this could have caused issues with the court submission. I recommend using a checklist for this sort of thing to make sure template material is not kept in the final translation. Thanks!

Very impressed with Rushtranslate and their services with translating my documents for immigration purposes.  I know people have complained about paying more then what they get quoted but people have to realize that you are quoted a price for standard amount of words and then you pay. Once the accurate amount of words are checked by an actual person then you pay the difference if you go over the 250 words per page. I E-mailed Rushtranslate voicing my concerns over what I paid and the speed I expected to receive my documents which Rushtranslate responded back to me very promptly. Not only did that make me feel like a valued customer and that I was working with real people not some kind of Robot or Scam. I sent a second E-mail asking about something else and they attentively responded back assuring my concerns were addressed. Final results were delivered which you are given a chance to review and make changes if you aren't happy with anything. Then you send it back and they deliver your final results for you to easily download at home.
