Do you know why the translations you get are not accurate? Because they hire people on Upwork to take care of your translations. And the people they hire on Upwork are not professional translators, just "native speakers" who work for very low rates.

Very good turn time. There was a bit of a misunderstanding due to the translator using an outdated version of word, so over half the document was in squares. After i brought that issue up, it was quickly resolved and the document was very accurately translated

The translation was good and quick... the only thing is that, it was my understanding that I needed my divorced decreed tranlated so the Egyptian embassy in LA could autentificate it, but it turned out, they certified it but the translation has to be done in Egytp.. so I wasted all this money but the translation was excellent.

Perfect communication

Not very good. The specified translation issue needed was done incorrectly. I speak Spanish and live in a Spanish speaking country. Per usage, context, and dictionary definition of the word "Diagnostico" listing the issue in this medical treatment document, the definition of "Diagnostico" is Diagnosis or Diagnostic. In this context it is Diagnosis. Only auto-translate software used commercially automatically chooses one of the multiple meanings of a word and just goes with it. I specifically asked for a proper translation. I now have to go to my primary care doctor and pay him a LOT more money to officially translate the document correctly. All of these physicians laugh when I tell them the automated translators incorrectly translate this as diagnostic. Because every doctor knows that in these medical documents they are referring to Diagnosis. Even my clinical online record has this as my list of diagnoses for all chronic medical problems in my file. Because without the verbs and actions of diagnostic tests in the context, the word diagnostico means diagnosis. Thanks for nothing. Waste of time.
