The person who handled the assignment clearly doesn't know Georgian. Waste of money. 

Translation was good. Shipping not at all. One week after my document was shipped and still do not have it in my possession. Hard to understand, after paying a lot for expedited shipping, why my document was held in various places for days for no reason. Because of shipping I would not rush into using this service again.

It took ages to finalise the order and the response by email was slow after I paid the money

Quality was good, I had to wait 4 days to get my translation even when they say 24 hrs

Twice in a row, documents submitted were not translated correctly. Had to submit review both times. I would more attention to detail for the amount of money paid.

Requesting, turnaround was quick and great price too! Site/explanation of services needs to be more clear that the pdf will not be exactly on document. It was hard to figure out what went where when we received the translation and have to transpose to our original document.

They are fast and patient. I had some problems with the format and it took me about a week to get what i wanted as a USCIS approved version. But i appreciate the customer service.

Really not impressed and probably won't use this service again or recommend it. These are medical terms and some words are so obviously wrong. And sections that were totally readable were not translated an left in swedish 

The quality of the translation was very low! Lots of mistakes in it! I will never try it again and do not recommend it to anyone. 

This was the first time that I used Rush Translate services, I submitted a Birth Certificate for translation and the quality of the translation provided was not as good as expected. The service was good though and the website was easy to use. I was able to submit comments regarding corrections for the translation and the time of response was approx 24 between every correction. I got my final translation notarized in a week.  For the initial translation they changed my city of birth and made 12 more mistakes. Then I requested the correction and enclosed the PDF document with annotations, but they only corrected 2 errors of the 12 that I had requested. The second correction still had a few errors and finally, they sent the correct translation on the third attempt. Luckily I am very fluent in both languages and I managed to detect the critical errors, e.g. book number and city of birth. However, I think about users who are not fluent in English, because they are jeopardizing that their immigration procedures would be delayed due to an incorrect translation.  In addition, this website doesn't guarantee that their translations are going to be accepted by USCIS. I checked online and there are other companies that offer you a 100% acceptance rate by USCIS or they give you back your money. Next time I am going to spend a few more dollars and try a company that has more compromise with their customers.  In conclusion, the price was good, the website was user-friendly and the waiting time was acceptable, but the quality of the translation wasn't as good as expected.

The service was quick and on time. 1. There were various spelling mistakes. The final.form which i missed the main name of the person, which was written on the original form in English was misspelled! My lawyer caught the mistake. 2. There were numerous errors I had to send back for edit. 3. The quality of translation was terrible, the English barely made sense. Almost seemed like they used an language translation app and not people.

Turnaround was quick and the communication was smooth. But the quality of the translation could be a bit better, especially when it comes to subtle spellings. Overall, good!

The translation is done very quickly. However, the content is not very well translated. Maybe for business documents, work is great, but for medical records, don't do here. I asked for a correction but even after the correction, mistakes were still there. I prefer to wait longer for documents and don't have to check everything after...

I was in need to translate a birth certificate. Service was excellent, but not the translation. Quality of the translation was below average, there were a lot of mistakes of word conjugations accompanied with several typos. Formatting was off in a few places. The text was not accurate. Although, the first translated version came within 24-h time frame, it seemed that someone simply google-translated the certificate. After my edits and suggestions, they were simply changed in the document. Not sure if I would use RushTranslate services again. 

The customer service is very good but the quality of the work is lacking. I have had numerous documents translated by RushTranslate that are, well...rushed. I find various typos and usually the formatting is off. I also find, on occasion, that the translator has difficulty translating legal terms from Spanish to English.

I've had a couple of other translations done and they were spot on for accuracy, but this one is as bad as a Google Translate.

I afraid I need to rate one star for service, although translation is ok. I had to translate, notarize AND apostille document - details communicated before order. As per feedback from RushTranslate, they do only translate and notarization - this is clear.  Unfortunately, they totally ignored the reason why I need it - for apostille in another state. Nobody clarified that notarization from KY cannot be accepted in any other state which I believe RushTranslate knows very well. (but they have "valid in all 50 states" ad)  As result, I can't use provided notarization (I'm not in KY state)

I am not satisfied with this translation - Spanish-English. errors found on: verbs, grammar and in the implicit sense of paragraphs. I would not trust a professional translation in this company.

Some obvious words translated wrong.

confusing genders on a marriage certificate isn't very helpful for immigration paperwork! My gender was translated correctly but then I was listed as the "daughter" and "she."

I am not confident of the quality and accuracy of the translation. The translator did not appear to do any research on discovering the meaning of the term and it's use where the document was generated.

I provided the name spelling as requested and there were still at least 2 spelling mistakes in the name. Clearly it was rush"ed" translation!

MOST IMPORTANT DATE : WRONG DATE OF BIRTH 

I had to suggest about 20 changes on the wording because of the incorrect grammar and sentence structure. Sometimes I felt like the translator didn't understand what was in the original letter (1st person vs. 3rd person tense). I like how it's done quickly and the service was fast enough to accommodate my needs. The translation quality though, I can't say that it's something I can rely on and I'm hesitant to use it again.

Although some translation errors are to be expected based on individual interpretations, there were too many grammatical errors. Caps versus no caps, and other punctuation issues which should not be a problem. I sent it back for one revision which was promptly corrected. The revised version had all of the grammatical errors but I did not want to bother sending back again. 

The quality of translation is very poor. Looks like the translator didnt even proofread after typing or translating

The customer service was excellent. The translator was not qualified for the job. I literally corrected his mistakes, having obvious elementary English mistakes is not something you expect when you ask for a professional job. I needed this document for legal purposes and those mistakes could change my fate! NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL! Thank you

It is fine

The initial response was very good.  However, 10 days after shipping via USPS no documents have been delivered.  I paid for both an expedited turnaround and USPS Express Mail International.  Perhaps USPS may be adequate in the United States but Internationally it is certainly not acceptable.  Cheap never equates to better.  At this point, I have received no assistance relating to the delivery.  Although, receiving alerts from USPS that the address is incorrect, which it is not.  I must say Amazon seems to be able to deliver to the address without any issue.  

I like how easy to use the web site and the way of communication. However, I need to get two revisions (I only have 1 page to translate) in order to get the translation done. The translated document contains the fields that don't exist in my original document with the value "Not application". The same field name has 2 different translation and one of them is very misleading. If you don't know about the original language, you might get the inaccurately translated document. The translated document obviously using the standard format template and not following the original structure.  I am lucky because I know the original language and I vet through it again and again. Even while this service is offered as "word to word translation" it was really frustrating seeing exactly the same sentence translated in a different way between the first and second page. Then after requesting the amendment, the first page used my suggestion just like copy paste, while in the second page the capitals were followed from the original document

Needed two Latin diplomas translated. Got the job done, though translation syntax was pretty clunky. Multiday delay on one notarization. Told it was "in the que." Much needed service. I would definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, the translation was very unprofessional.

There were few mistakes in first revision. I send my correction and not all of them were fixed. That is the reason of 3 stars.

Very fast and efficient response, unfortunately there were grammatical and formatting errors.

The translation had a lot of inaccuracies, but it was easy to request a revision and turnaround was fast.

First of all, the communication and ease of use was excellent. However, the quality of the initial translation was terrible (clearly machine translated, and the English was completely grammatically wrong throughout, no review process went in), but they quickly responded, and redid the translation. However, the second version also had to be revised on multiple points, which they also revised.  Initially I paid for the expedited service, but in the end, it ended up taking a very long time.. They did refund the expedited fee from the initial fee though.  I do not know about the quality of their service in other languages, but I don't recommend using this service for Japanese/English.   

For $40, I expected a paper copy.

Very quick turnaround. Only asked a few words to be translated and despite my name being very clearly noted on the request, the translator completely misspelled my name. I found that very sloppy and unnecessary. Made me think what other potential mistakes there would be in the translation (which I could not verify...).

Translation itself was good but the presentation was horrible. The documents I submitted were in landscape, translation was in portrait which made the columns and text looked smushed together and not formatted very well. Would have been perfect if it was in done in landscape, might take my next order somewhere else now because of this.

Missing some accuracy. I did a lot of corrections in the translation because I know the target language I asked the translation...

Very quick translation and cheaper than the others but there were a few errors.

I requested Rushtranslate services and I had prompt and quick follow up right away. I did request two revisions though of the documents sent and they were applied on second revision. The fees I paid for my documents were a bit high but the overall service and feedback with revision made it worth it. Above all, the follow up after service was extremely satisfying and very receptive with accommodations for mailing.

Translation was fast but there were mistakes (random lack or addition of capitals, underlines). I had to double check everything. The mistakes were corrected quickly. 

website easy to use, the quality of the translation was pretty bad though: four major mistakes and one line not even translated out of 50 words would probably qualify for a D- or F in high school.

The turn-around time was longer than expected and when I called to inquire about the status there was a lot of confusion. I do not speak or read Arabic so my assumption as to the "quality" is based on a visual inspection of the document and nothing else. 

I was some disappointed with the quality of translation provided. There were a lot of typos and overlook errors in the translated documents. It took 5 revisions and a several days to fix them all in 3 pages. I really hope this is an isolated case, and will not happen in future.

We appreciate the initial quick turn-around on the translation but were baffled by a very simple, and crucial, error. My Wife's father's given name was attached to her Mother's given name as well, making both her mother and father the same name. This error required us to wait an additional day, which to some clients may be crucial. 

Really fast turnaround and very accurate. Also extremely reasonable pricing. 

I had to make a lot of corrections to my translation. But the responsesupport team was promt.
