Your service is excellent. You all are efficient, straightforward, and with rapid turn arounds. My only criticism is that the price seems a bit steep. I think it would be helpful to have a 2-3 tier plan where you would offer discounts and the price depending on the turnaround speed. ~Henry

I translated my academic transcript from an exchange program. At first, I was worried about the quality of the translation but it turned out just fine. Since it was 1 page, the turnaround was 24hrs. I asked for a small revision which was concluded the following day. Thank you and I will happily use this service again.

Great customer service, I was able to add another file even though the first files been done and about to ship. I really appreciate the great service. The translation itself is pretty accurate, I'm glad they sent me the translated file for me to review before finalize it. One of my my file was missing some words/numbers, but it got fixed after I pointed it out. I think whoever did mine just need to make sure all the words and numbers are exactly the same as the original file. Other than that, all good. Overall, I'm a happy customer!!! Thank you!

Good translation!

Unfortunately, I have to leave negative review. The translation was inaccurate. If there were any troubles about names , I just should be notified before making decision. And the stamp area should have been mentioned that was a stamp and then to show the doctor’s full name. Also within text I Saw a lot of inaccurate translation.

The speed was pleasantly good. Quality of translation was average, a date was wrongly translated. I believe the translation should be thoroughly tested before handing it back to the customer. Overall, satisfied with the service.

I got quotes from four translation services. Rush was the most reasonable with fast responses and notary services. Great 24/7 responses to questions. The review period was a bit short, but other than that, and a few very, very minor corrections, it was a smooth process and was perfect. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Minor corrections. Good expedited digital turn around service. Don't have USPS delivery for those at overseas APO/FPO military addresses.

They missed 3 documents to be translated and made some errors on the addresses and names. But in general a very good and quick service.

Great customer service, and they delivered the translation quickly. There were silly mistakes in the first version, but they quickly revised the document and delivered a second version that was perfect.

Fast response, Accurate enough, Free Quote was helpful. I will use this service again. The one problem I had was that finalising(notarisation) process took a few days after I approve the translation. If you are in a hurry, you will have to take these days into account. The good thing is that the support desk replied to my confirmation quickly.

It appears to be a word for word "Google Translate"-style translation that wasn't done (nor reviewed) by someone fluent in both Finnish and English. Language like "...after state of an stroke..." demonstrate this. Hopefully it's still clear enough to be accepted by the necessary parties. I will soon find out.

The initial translation wasn’t good at all, so I requested a revision. So I requested a revision, and the revised translation was much better. On the plus side, both the initial and the revised translations were done very quickly.

Very nice and quick translation, however the translator failed to apply the notes I left for them. I asked for the translation to be formatted in a certain font, size, etc. I also asked for it to be no longer than one page while in said formatting. Neither of these requests were followed.
