Their quote is fast and fair, very affordable. The turnaround speed is fast too. The only problem is there are some obvious mistakes from the document, including skipping translation here and there, and some contents are messed up. They did gave back the fixed document to me very soon, but it still wasted me one day to submit the content to the other end. I wish they would double check before sending the final product out, because these basic mistakes can totally be avoided if they took a closer look.

The only corrections were for the spelling of personal names, which is quite understandable. Hard copy came quickly via FedEx. I would use RushTranslate again.

Great turnaround time

Very easy to use online submission system, responsive staff, turnaround time as predicted, and professional looking translated documents. Only feedback I have is that for Traditional Chinese from Taiwan (ROC), the standard romanization spelling for certain sounds/characters is a little different than standardly used by mainland China (PRC), which my dad (whose documents we were translating) noticed. It's not very important since it mostly affects proper nouns, but something to be aware of just for internal consistency for documents that have both English and Chinese, to reduce confusion. But otherwise very satisfied with your company's help in the translation!

Very quick turnaround. I paid and uploaded my document and got an email back within an hour saying that the word count exceeded the one page limit so I needed to pay for a second page. I made the second payment right away and my document was translated and ready the next morning.

NOT SATISFIED! Placed the order on 11th and paid for expedited delivery and expedited shipping but received SLOW SERVICE. The file will arrive a week later, on the 16th, even though I paid $40 for overnight shipping and $30 for fast turnaround and processing. UNACCEPTABLE and disappointing!
