The translation from German to English was disappointing. Two revisions with typos, grammar, and significant translation errors. No option to speak with translator directly to talk through concerns. Customer Service email response was ok. Got it done, but not sure I'll use this service again.

In RushTranslate, I applied for a translation of my documents from Hebrew to English. I needed to translate two documents, and they handled the task with great accuracy and attention to detail. They were very professional and fast, and they did an excellent job with the translations, even on documents with some handwritten sentences, which are not always easy to read. I was skeptical at first because it was a google ad that lead me to RushTranslate, but all my doubts were completely wiped out shortly after I finished my order. They were very quick to tell me there was a minor issue with my request, and helped me resolve it just as fast. They are NOT kidding when they put 'Rush' in their name, their turnaround time was 24hrs, but I'm pretty sure it was closer to 16, and my translated documents look very professional. Received a first translation in 24h. After my review I added one remark/addition to the translation. After another 24h, it was translated, certified and notarized. Very fast turnaround for my documents, and an easy format for to upload the documents I needed translated.

Everything is perfect, although, one mistake was done in the end of the document with a year - 2003 instead of 2024

I didn't like the service and I don't recommend this platform. I would rather have paid more for someone who actually had given me the complete translation than keep me revising it and sending it all over again through the platform. The platform lacks a space to message the translator instead of submitting one request each time, because sometimes you just find another mistake after having submitted the file to revise and then you need to wait till the person sends you the revised version to send another thing to correct which takes forever. And you could resolve that by sending just a message. Besides that, I paid for 6 pages and only got 2 till now. Unfortunately I just read the others review and saw how poor are they translation when was too late. But I do not recommend Rush Translation at all!
