At first I was skeptical on do anything like this online due to the sensitivity and nature of some of the documents people sometimes need translated and the quality. But this firm did an excellent job and put me at ease from the start. I ordered additional services "in case I needed them" but they assured me that I would be needing those services and offered to refund me right away. Most business would probably just charved the extra services and called it a day but the honesty and straight forwardness of this company was truly appreciated. They are easy to communicate and quick to reply. Even on wknds. I would highly recommend them for quick , accurate and fair priced services. I would definitely use them again!

Japanese names are very complicated because chinese character so I think that I have to transrate the names in advanse. Anyway , thank you very much. Very fast service! For was perfect. Translations were literal, but it was what we needed. In our case was a mariage certificate and 2 birth certificates from spanish to english. It's not cheap when you add the rush service and the notarization, but if you got time, and if don't need your documents notarized, will be cheap to afford.

Impressed by the quality, pricing and turn around time of the service. Revision requests were incorporated promptly. I also received the hard copy via FedEx as I requested with an extra fees.

Very please with the speed of service and quality of translation. I used another service prior to RushTranslate and gave up after spending a week of back and forth trying to get all documents submitted translated correctly. The service is a little more expensive than other options out there but you get what you pay for. Not only was the translation done in less than 12 hrs, it was accurate to the last detail. No back and forth was required. Will definitely use this service again and recommend to others as well.

I was completely satisfied by the quality of the service and I could always have my questions answered pretty quickly. However, the quality of translation could definitely be improved as I needed to request several revisions. Overall, it was satisfying, but some translations were completely wrong, some parts were not even translated and there were many typographic mistakes. So, I had to read carefully the translated documents to make sure everything was correct until I was satisfied. Fortunately, it is easy and convenient to get a translation revised, plus the process happens to be really quick.

Translation was great, even detected the different language and turnaround was really quick. delivering hard copy is really bad, its been 3 months and we still have not received it. we were told the address was wrong, although it is correct and to ship it again we should pay shipping fees again

I keep asking them to correct my mothers name to danitzca with a N instead of an M....they keep telling me the revised new document is completed and its not. I was told 24 hrs about. This is causing me to miss my appointment at the consulate today. Thank you for ripping me off ill never use this app again

Hi, I’m disappointed.  The translated birth certificate does not even show the family name, just says 'illegible' - i have plenty of documents showing correct family name - happy to provide these but at current, this translation is not usable
