Translation of my birth certificate from Russian into English was done quickly (ordered at night, received early next morning) and processionally. I had to request a slight revision which was also performed very fast and to my complete satisfaction. I will be using Rushtranslate in the future if need arises again.

I requested a translation from Japanese to English and was disappointed with the quality of the work provided. Unfortunately, there was a critical error in the translation that significantly altered the meaning of the document. Additionally, one term was translated into nonsensical English, resembling outdated machine translation errors. Today, LLMs do a much better job. Moreover, there was a typographical error that I missed before approving the translation, and I was unable to correct it afterward. It is disheartening to think that I paid for a service that, in this instance, I could have performed more accurately and efficiently myself, solely to obtain a certification. I sincerely hope that this does not reflect the typical quality of service provided to your customers. Your attention to these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Needed to have a birth certificate and marriage certificate translated from Vietnamese to English and couldn't be more satisfied with RushTranslate's services. The turnaround time from putting the order through to receiving the translated versions was fast. The quality of the translation was good as well. They also offer revisions if needed and don't charge extra fees for it either. Highly recommend this translation service and would use again in the future.

Hi, I didn't notice that u guys was not going to translate the grades too, because the main thing was translate the grades for an application to college, and I requested a refund but they're saying that it's not possible due terms and condition, so I just throw my money directly to the garbage because college applications will not accept the format, anyway, thank you!
