The first draft of the translation of my Birth Certificate is so disappointing. There are missing information, typos, and a wrong digit. The formatting lacks structure and legibility. I sent it back awaiting a second draft... I shouldn't be the editor here. Do they not do any internal quality control? I can't even imagine the consequences if I don't speak English and all of the mistakes go unnoticed. It could be my luck. The last time I used the service it was great. I just hope the second draft looks good. I feel like grading a high school paper.

I went back and forth for hours over a week's time span pointing out various grammatical errors, misspelled names, punctuation and typos. I expected more attention to detail, full sentences and less robotic translations. A positive is that they are open to receiving feedback. I also liked their revision process and the easy to use format of their web pages. Thankfully, the translations were accepted by the Dept of State which is a step up from the other similar companies that I have tried. 

The service was very quick and responded to my comments. However, I had to propose a lot of revisions based on wrong grammar and direct translation to English. Basically I could have done this the same way with google translate and gotten similar results. I needed an official certificate of authentication so that wasnt an option. The translator took all of my comments, corrected them immediately and I appreciate that, I just dont see why its needed. I would expect an official translation, which I need for official business, to be fluent in English and make the text in English logical and professional. There was no attention to details and I had to correct very obvious mistakes.

I am a bit disappointed with the inprecision of translation.

It’s very disconcerning that I am expecting a translation from English to Chinese and the translation of my name isn’t correct.

Although an error was made initially concerning the proper translation of a birth date, a matter which could have caused a serious problem with immigration, when advised about the error, the translated documented was corrected within 2 days.

The translation was not correct and used english words that are not normally used on a wage statement document. It used words that are used on a invoice, but not a salary statement.

My comment on the quality:  Admittedly the Latin did not distinguish between "his" and "her," but from my name on the diploma it should have been obvious that I am a male.  If it had not been an extremely urgent requirement, I would have asked for a revision. My comment on the service: Having paid extra for what was promised to be an "approximately 12 hour"  service, I was disappointed to have to wait 15 hours or more.  Because of the need for the document in a country 10 hours ahead of my time zone, I stayed up duirng the night to receive the promised translation, which did not come until after 9 am on the East Coast.  By then, the office abroad that demanded the document to be translated had closed for the weekend.  If you do not provide service during your night time, declare it, please.  

Service was fast and easy. Quality poor poor. Translator did not pay attention to comment history. Lot of clear mistake on the document translation. Marriage Certificate was translated as Birth Certificate. I attached almost the whole translation of my document, spent some time doing it and it was skipped at all by the person in charge of translating.  

Average quality of translation. There are errors and misprints. I need to check every time, even the numbers.

The quality of the fist draft is poor.  I ordered a translate of a birth certificate from French to English which is quite simple and straightforward.  Simple mistakes were made and the quality is quite sloppy.  Some simple words were translated wrong.  The turn around correction took longer and we ended up missing our deadline of submission because we had to keep telling the translator to correct their easy mistakes.  It makes me wonder if our document was translated by a machine instead of a human translator.   The fees of translation is the lowest but you really pay for what you get here.  

Whoever did the translation - probably used some automatic translation to translate my document - I had to tell the translator what the words mean and how the sentences are formed. Also, there were SOOOOO MANY typos in just a small document that needed to be translated from Estonian to English. I must admit the response time and fixing their problems was quick and the website is easy to use - but I truly question whether the person who translated my document is proficient in doing this job.  

Names spelled wrong on the translated document, even a date was wrong. I'm glad I noticed it before I use it. No good for an official and legal document. I saw the mistake and requested a revision. Service is good, they fixed it for me.  

There were basic errors in my translation to Spanish, including a typo in my name that I spelled out in the notes. 

Good service (communication) but I am very disappointed with the quality of service. I requested a specialist in resume translation but final document was a kind of "Google Translation".... word by word. If you need a professional resume translation, this is not the help you need. Sorry, I usually do not make bad reviews. ..

Translation, wrong name spelling.

I realize this is a handwritten document and hard to read but I really question the translation of the section i had most inquired about. The section that includes non approved should also include that it was the midwife that was not approved. I question if this person was conversant with translating old hand written documents. It also does not appear that they took into account the information I gave them originally.

This translation was generally appropriate but had some errors are required a couple edits until it was truly prepared to deliver. 

Website was easy to use and comments/revisions were addressed in a timely manner.  Discount was received when first draft did not contain translation of all text.  However, the quality of the translation was not what I had expected.  Once all text was translated, there were many grammatical errors, misspellings, sentences which did not make sense.  If there had been a reviewer who had gone over the translation before it was sent out, most of these would probably have been addressed.  For the amount of time I had to spend doing what a reviewer should have done and the amount it cost, my overall experience would be rated less than average.

The documentation I sent in was for a birth certificate and it was translated as a record of divorce. This document is being used for immigration purposes and if I didn’t thoroughly go through the document, this could have possibly caused question. Although I received the revision on a timely manner, it’s disappointing to know that I had to correct the translator.

For some reason they put my name as Jain Li on the copy of the French translation. Therefore my forms were incorrect and cost me a lot of money on my trip. Very dissatisfied. Will not use this service again. 

RushTranslate’s website is the picture of ease & clarity.  Ordering was simple, and the delivery turnaround was within 24 hours, promised. Regrettably, the translation product left much to be desired. Under the argument, apparently, that translation was to be word-for-word, the English-translated document I received for initial review was just a weird jumble, as if the translator had just run my Latin original through a Google translator, instead of employing bi-lingual knowledge to generate an idiomatically comprehensible document. Fortunately, the review process allowed me to reshape the prose into more recognizable English.  It was a college diploma, so I did have some sense of what the document was trying to say.   My point is that I shouldn’t have had to make those revisions.  After all, I’m not the Latin expert; I’m paying you to perform that role.

Useless translation, the vaccines names weren't translated to the medical name in English, were just written the same in the original and my doctor had to look them up online. The other words besides the vaccine names i didn't need them at all, tho they were translated correct. 

The translation was correct but vague, the translator tried to translate proper names of institutions into German such as Universität von Tennessee etc. Nationality in context of citizenship and not ethnic group should have been translated as Staatsangehoerigkeit or Staatsbuergerschaft and not Nationalitaet. I found a few other sentence constructs that did not sound totally native. The service is extremely convenient but next time I will sit down and do it myself if I want to stress accuracy (as in the case of a CV).

Service was ok.

This seems like a Google Translate translation. It is just translated word for word and doesn't have a flow of "real" English. Very disappointed. 

They spelled my name incorrectly despite providing them with the correct spelling when I requested the translation. This delayed me and affected my ability to submit my document on time... it is frustrating! 

Good but some mistakes 

It’s a good job but charging for extra pages when it’s only 3 pages and 3 notarized pages when I think one for all work would off been enough. You also didn’t considered than one document was mostly numbers. Just too pricey. But thank you for the work.

Thanks for the translation services. The outcome was satisfactory but I believe there was issue with quality. The content was not too much but then then I found that there were lots of discrepancies in the translated document. Translation was not done properly. No due diligence was taken. Style/ Formats/ Words/ Numbers- there are issues with almost everything. Had you have done proper due diligence, we could have avoided these many iterations of revisions. But overall, I would say thank you that you have accepted almost all of my suggestions and incorporated them in revisions. There was one point where I thought if i had invested my money at the correct place. But when I see the outcome now, I am happy to see that translation is perfect. Thanks for all your help.

Some things weren't translated (Harpsichord - Cembalo) and others (Credits - Kredite) seemed strange to native speakers.  Could not pay with Mastercard (for some reason my card number wasn't recognised as a 'real' Mastercard number). Otherwise great! And translation time was early, so bonus! :)

I am give 2 stars for service since i got the document beyond 24 hours turn around that was promised while i was placing the order. Quality of translation was good

The translator assumed these two forms were the same and they were not.  I am very disappointed with the quality of this translation and hope to receive a corrected copy.

Great website explained all i needed, good price but had to send translation of my BC for revision twice so far with 5 different things(typos , untranslated words , incorrect numbers)..just wish they would go over every word before they send it ...i feel like im doing someones else work for them...and i have to pay for it ...

I have requested a revision. The first translation does not meet the grade. Issues 1-7 that I have raised were all avoidable. 8 is a new one, not sure whether religion was left empty for a particular reason. 

I sent to translate a couple of documents and at least I had to send a revision because my identity number was changed. I hope they fix it soon.
