The service is excellent and very understanding. Although we ran into some mistakes with translations of some documents, they were always fixed as promptly as possible once we notified them, and we were compensated for any delays caused. We are very pleased with the service overall.

Make sure you check all information is correct, collate with original I noticed a few errors on one birth certificate, which can be major issue, depending on what you need it for. Other than that, I guess it depends on the translator but most of them did high quality translations, especially for longer legal documents. Human error happens everywhere, just make sure you are looking. Definitely would recommend.

Rush Translate delivered great service in record time. Submitting my document and downloading the translated file was extremely easy. I had a slight concern with the quality of translation. I believe the choice of some words could have been better to maintain coherence. The authentication page that comes with each translation is also very helpful.

I am very pleased with the translation service I received. I live abroad and was worried how I could get my translation completed and your company was quick and on time. There was a problem with a letter of a name incorrect but you were so quick to fix this issue and send to me in a very efficient and quick.

Accurate translation. But it would be great if the delivery would required signature so I can received in person directly since I’ve paid so much for shipping. My notarized copy got all wet in the rain sitting at front door while I am at home but not aware it’s delivered.

I had just gotten scammed by another translation company when I found this one so my hopes were low, but oh my gosh! I struggled with making the payment for several days, it appeared as if issue was information about the bank card I was linking being entered incorrectly, however my bank assured me indicated that there is no problem with the card. It appears a glitch was with the website. I thank all the agents that responded to my queries promptly and with patience. Besides that, everything was quite straightforward and efficient, translation was completed within 8 hours after payment was successful. Service is good what I can’t say about the quality. I had only one and the main request for the translator to text my name as I asked it to be done and my request was ignored. Also was a mistake in my Surname.

I have been using this service quite a few times now and they are super efficient. Very well executed and pretty fast. Regarding the timing could be more precise when requested for 24 or 12 hours. Sometimes it can be 2 hours late but it's understanding.

The company was very helpful with answering questions and the turn around was great. I just wish there had been more clarification on the website about what constitutes "a page." Something that was slightly above 2 pages when printed was considered 4 pages.

Service and translation was so quickly and price was much cheaper than the one whom I ordered before in Japan. But, the translator didn't understand Japanese era names which are often important for official documents.

Quick and smooth service, dedicated support, translation is good. International shipping for hard copy is way too costly. Otherwise, I am very satisfied.

The translators are difficult to actually get in touch (as in phone menu is completely automated) with but overall I am very happy with the service. I submitted a legal document for a rush translation. Estimate was 24 hours and I got it back in like 24 and one half hour. 10/10 would use again.

Their quote is fast and fair, very affordable. The turnaround speed is fast too. The only problem is there are some obvious mistakes from the document, including skipping translation here and there, and some contents are messed up. They did gave back the fixed document to me very soon, but it still wasted me one day to submit the content to the other end. I wish they would double check before sending the final product out, because these basic mistakes can totally be avoided if they took a closer look.
