I am honestly really surprised by my pleasant experience here. I came across this website by chance when I was researching different companies for translation certificates. I needed a Korean to English translation and this one in-person company told me they didn't have Korean, but the guy on the phone was super nice and told me about this RushTranslate website. RushTranslate was very quick and thorough throughout the entire process. I was in a hurry because I needed my document for international travel, and RushTranslate got it to me quite quickly within 24 hours which I am extremely grateful. I really liked the fact that they sent me a rough draft of the translation to me first to ensure it looked good and there were no typos before finalizing it. And the best part of this experience was that the cost was very reasonable for about $45 including a notarization! Other companies I looked into were charging $95, $150, and even $200... and they couldn't even translate the document within 24 hours with that high of a price... The service and quality were both great. The translation was very short and easy, so I can't speak to the company's ability to do more complicated translations. But they handled mine perfectly. I also think the price was significantly too high for the amount translated, but their prices were not higher than other similar services I looked at.

RushTranslate provided an excellent service. The process was very simple. I submitted my work, wrote some instructions, and proceed to submit. I was hesitant to use this service because my document had a specific format and I did not know if the final product will resemble the original look. After a few minutes, I was contacted and informed that my work exceeded the word count I first set and that another payment was needed for the remainder word count. My impression was that this service was very expensive, but I proceeded because I really needed the service. When I received my documents, I was very impressed with the speed and the quality of the translation. Had to ask for errors to be fixed multiple times. For the price that this costs you wouldn’t think there would be that many mistakes. 

Rushtranslate converted a complicated medical document from Spanish to English,  with lots of difficult medical words, quickly and accurately, and at a very reasonable price. Great job!

I would recommend this EXPENSIVE service only if certain criteria is met: 1. You want to get this job done quickly (and virtually) 2. You need a notarized translation 3. You are familiar with the target language (because they will just run it on an algorithm and you will need to review it so they get rid of all mistakes manually. Latter, of course, if you choose not to have the special service of professional review for an extra payment. 4. You are not very price sensitive (they will charge you on a word-count basis: In my case it was one-page death certificate with recognized ~1000 words so they would charge a page every 250 words)

Honestly really unimpressed with the whole process. First translation was poorly formatted. I had to significantly pressure the service team for a fair price to redo it. They redid it but did not pay attention to which file to translate, resulting in another revision needed. I am glad the service team was responsive to my emails enough to redo it but the quality has been poor throughout this process.
