Everything is ok.
When I was communicating with your representatives prior to the order I received prompt helpful feed back. However, once I placed the order, there seemed to be a lack of follow up. It would have been nice to receive automatic emails that let me know when the translations were waiting for review and when the revisions were done so that I could approve the translations as quickly as possible.
Thanks for posting a review! To be clear, we send email notifications for all stages of the order process. For example:
Order Confirmed - when the order has been received
Translation Complete - when the translation is ready for review
Revision Complete - when a revised translation is ready for review (if applicable)
Order Complete - when the order, including any optional services (notarization, shipping, etc.), is finished
These notifications are automaticly sent to the email address on file and they are triggered when the order status changes in the system.

Great quality! While it was fast (turnaround time was about 30 hours), it took longer than the estimated 24 hours to get back and I missed a deadline at work because of this.
I had problems with translators mispelling my name on documents and not using the correct academic terminology for my transcript which led to a prolonged process of obtaining a correctly translated document. For the price, I was not very satisfied with the service.

The communication and speed of the service was amazing, however, my advisor in Croatia reviewed the translation and said that a lot of it was more Serbian than Croatian and might not be acceptable for my citizenship application.

Wow!!! I'm totally impressed with RushTranslate's services. I wish I knew about this company before. I spent a lot of money to have a document translated. Why did I waste money to have funds wired to another country, only to have to wait to have the funds deposited, before the document could be translated. It's crazy that I did that because I'm still waiting for my documents from the other company and I sent the request at least a week ago. With RushTranslate, I submitted the request and within 24 hours I received my translated document. Bye, bye to wiring funds overseas only to have to wait and wait and wait.
