The person who made my translation was rude and didn't want to apply the change I asked for or even try to look for a solution. After submitting two revisions, they canceled them, and they said they couldn't change the meaning of any word even though it could be misunderstood (ironically, they changed the meaning of a word in the first translation). They never made the change, implying they were not going to change the meaning of that word. On the other side, customer support was excellent and kindly applied a solution to my request by adding a footnote (which would have been great if the person who translated the document in the first place had done that). 5 stars to customer support!

Zero stars . I’ve requested a certified translation of a death certificate. I received the same document ( not translated) with a stamp on it saying Certified translation…. Is this some kind of joke? Because I’m not laughing.
