I am happy with the final translation even though I recommend reviewing your translation before you approve it, there were some overlooking mistakes but they were corrected after I asked for a revision. The one thing I wasn’t happy with, was that I was charged for two additional pages due to the number of words, even though it was a school transcript where most words were numbers that didn’t need to be translated. I think that should’ve been taken into consideration.

The quality was great, however I paid extra to have the doc translated in less than 12 hours and they did in almost 16,5 hours. It was still fast, but they shouldn't charge more for a service if they can't deliver on time.
However did this translation,probably he or she didn’t see two separate documents! There is two separate documents for Milan Ivackovic and Sarah Ivackovic. I have been charged for 9 pages and i got just translation for Sarah Ivackovic. So last time i used your service ever. I did couple times in past not anymore!,,,

I haven't got any info back from USCIS about my translation yet but from what I got and what I see it's great. After a first good experience with Rush, this one was a bit disappointing.
The certificates are formatted somehow differently, and when I print them, the signature comes back as a black box. This is a know issue with PDFs, and has to do with the way they are exported, so you guys should make sure that doesn't happen (my first batch of translations did not have that issue).
One of the documents had spelling errors on it.
And one of the certificates had the title in the middle of the certifier text, as if it was just copied and pasted into the wrong place.
I understand mistakes happen, but these documents should be proofed before sending them out. It is, after all, a translation service.
On the other hand, the service was quite good, fast, responsive and attentive, so I really appreciate that!
