The translation service from English to German was excellent. I am a German speaker and note that the translation was absolutely correct. The translation fee was ok. However the only comment I have is that I would like to have an option to have the original certified document sent by regular mail. The only option besides electronic mail was FedEx at a charge of $75. This is exorbitantly expensive.

There was a little bit of difficulty transmitting wish list of changes prior to approval, I asked several times to leave the spaces where names and addresses are written as blank spaces, but it wouldn’t happen so at the end I just approved it with names in it

The turnaround time was great but the translation seems like it was stuck into https://www.deepl.com/translator. Very disappointing. I expected something translated by a person and not a website. I could have done that myself without paying the fee.
