I have no complaints regarding the customer service or ease of use of the website. My dissatisfaction probably stems from the fact I didn't ask the right question in regard to the document I wanted translated. My document was hand written in cursive Greek, a chore at the best of times - the translator wanted a typed transcript. If I had that capability I wouldn't have needed a translator. The translator then asked for any information in the document what would assist in provided what I believed the document should say and lo and behold that was what was provided as a translation. My fault, I didn't ask the write question before engaging the service - a $40 loss - and now I am looking for a translator familiar with older documents in hand written , cursive Greek.

Great quality! While it was fast (turnaround time was about 30 hours), it took longer than the estimated 24 hours to get back and I missed a deadline at work because of this.

When I was communicating with your representatives prior to the order I received prompt helpful feed back. However, once I placed the order, there seemed to be a lack of follow up. It would have been nice to receive automatic emails that let me know when the translations were waiting for review and when the revisions were done so that I could approve the translations as quickly as possible.

Very good service. I had a request to make due to the nature of the document I wanted translated, and the staff were helpful! The service was quick as well, and it was quite easy to get around on the website. The translation was good, only the translated document was a tiny little bit different in presentation from the original, but it didn't matter to me. I would use RushTransilate again!

The communication and speed of the service was amazing, however, my advisor in Croatia reviewed the translation and said that a lot of it was more Serbian than Croatian and might not be acceptable for my citizenship application.

The quality was great, however I paid extra to have the doc translated in less than 12 hours and they did in almost 16,5 hours. It was still fast, but they shouldn't charge more for a service if they can't deliver on time.

After a first good experience with Rush, this one was a bit disappointing. The certificates are formatted somehow differently, and when I print them, the signature comes back as a black box. This is a know issue with PDFs, and has to do with the way they are exported, so you guys should make sure that doesn't happen (my first batch of translations did not have that issue). One of the documents had spelling errors on it. And one of the certificates had the title in the middle of the certifier text, as if it was just copied and pasted into the wrong place. I understand mistakes happen, but these documents should be proofed before sending them out. It is, after all, a translation service. On the other hand, the service was quite good, fast, responsive and attentive, so I really appreciate that!

Great communication and response. Liked that they offer multiple revisions at no extra cost.

Just make sure that you make a doble check in the name spelling

I think it's a fast service and they respond pretty fast on our requests! I would recommend their translation services to my friends or anyone that needs it :)!

I had a fairly complex legal document to translate, and the translation was done well and on time. I asked for a few revisions, which the translator made quickly. The customer service was great!

Error about the time my son was born, the first sentence. The algorithm could be better... at least double check the main info of a document. So here it is a birth certificate, the date is ok and not the time which is an important info

Translation was done very quick, only minor issues in the first version and the formatting could have been done a bit nicer. No huge complaints though, would recommend!

Fast and easy website! Very good customer service. Quality of the translation varies. I have never been able to have the commas reported correctly from French to English so I eventually surrendered the commas in the English translation.

Although the first translation was far from ideal and contained errors I hadn’t anticipated, I’m very satisfied with how quickly corrections were made. I would have hoped not to have to go over the documents myself, especially for that price, but all in all, the desired result was eventually reached: overall, I’m satisfied.

I just got my third document translated. Unfortunately on my last document the last name was written incorrectly. I just requested a revision, I’m hoping to get a quick response to get my paperwork done. Thank you

Response was very quick and efficient. The first translation had a few mistakes which had to be corrected and the to and for continued additional 2-3 times. other than that the translation and speed was good.

The translation is delivered on time. They are also very responsive towards a revision request. I just found a little bit inaccuracy on the birth date translation as the original document is using words, but it was translated using number. I am not an expert in translation, but I trusted them that this translation is still acceptable since it doesn't change the substance. For the future, I hope the translation can pay more attention to the detail and be exactly the same with the original. Thank you.

Timely, efficient, and trustworthy.  Used this service to translate documents for a immigration petition and was thrilled by the quality of work! I will be using this service again throughout my immigration process if necessary. One small con was that the translated documents were sent back as one document with one certification letter. I had to purchase adobe pdf software to be able to separate and match the original documents with their translations in order to submit them for the immigration petition. Hopefully one certification letter serves for all the separate documents....

Decent price, good turn around time. Everything was smooth and easy.

I'm giving them 3 stars for service and five for quality...I paid for the document being translated to be notarized but the only thing being notarized is the certification of the translation.  I thought that was the purpose of the translation certification.  But. I guess I was wrong. I should have been more specific on what I needed.  A little disappointed I hope I'm still able to use it for its purpose.
