I normally work with a translator I trust. However, I received an extremely urgent request for a document and had to look somewhere else for a quicker turnaround time. Decided to give RushTranslate a try. Not only they provided a translation in less than 24h, but it was pretty accurate. It was a multi page document, they even kept the original document structure, tables and all. Also, even with the rush fee, it was still on the ballpark amount my translator would charge, except that it would take a week.  I'm pretty satisfied with the service.

Please don’t advertise that the turnaround time will be cut 50% if an additional cost is paid.  I paid  your fee of $14.95 to have 1 legal document translated with a notarized stamp and it took more than 24 hours.   You also fail to correct an error on your translation when I asked to be corrected.

Everyone I interacted with was very nice, courteous, and eager to give good service. However the translations themselves were quite poor. Luckily I can read the language that we were translating into, and when I reviewed the documents I found multiple errors, and in many cases inconsistencies with translations. I used RushTranslate for the entire green card visa process (so A LOT of translations) and I had to review many of the documents more than once (one time, there were 3 rounds of changes due to really sloppy inconsistencies). The turnaround was extremely fast, as well as the delivery of the documents. I was lucky to be able to spot errors but if you are translating your documents into a language you can't read well, I recommend asking someone to review before finalizing the order.

I was extremely impressed with the quick turnaround; the translation was completed almost immediately. I did find a couple of translation errors which I pointed out and were quickly corrected. Always a good idea to do careful QA of all translations regardless.

I am generally happy with the service provided (translation from simplified Chinese to English). The turnaround is very quick. Though there are a few misses and errors in the translation in the initial draft, they are all corrected in the subsequent request for revision. The final certified and notarized version looks very nice.
