The most terrible translation service that exists on the internet. They advertise that your translation will be done within 24hrs (and so the name rushtranslate which should be changed to leisuretranslate) but it is MISLEADING. If you want an urgent service go else where. I used this service to get certificate translated on an urgent basis and uploaded the document. First response I get was after 28hrs, they needed clarification on the translation because the document was not clearly legible. In the beginning only I informed when requesting service if you need clarification don't hesitate to reach out. Reaching out for them means 28 hrs. Ok I respond back with clarification and then waited for another 14 hours to get back the response. I see that they missed something on the translate and I again provide feedback after review and then I finally got the document after 50+ hrs. This is the last time I am using this service. Terrible experience. Didn't even receive an email apologizing or providing partial refund. Bye bye LeisureTranslate.

The site and translation were fine, but I paid for expedited service. Once I got the first draft (very quickly) I had to wait a very long time for my revisions to be taken into account (two typos) and as a result the service was not expedited at all.

In addition, once a comment is submitted, it is impossible to edit it / add / remove and I had to send emails for that to happen.
