The only thing I would recommend changing in your flow is this. I submitted my document for translation and was waiting for some email to alert me on the next step. I did not know to come back to the order on your web site, to check on the status, to find out that my approval is needed to finilize the translation. Well, I finally did come back to the order page, and did see that order was waiting for my approval. It would be great it your emailed me with "your translation is ready and waiting for your approval" notice, would remove any confusion on my end.

You folks were quick and the results certainly appear thorough. The ultimate test will be if it is well enough for the Italian Embassy. I believe it will be. Thanks so much.
