The certified translation was done promptly and accurately at a much more competitive price than competitors (approx 20% cheaper). The translation needed a couple of adjustments based on context, but Rush Translate made these adjustments in a couple of hours. Overall, we got what we needed from the service in a timely manner.

They made a certified and notified translation of my ID in a efficient and fast manner. I loved that they consulted with me the final version before sending it to the notary, so I could request to attached the original picture I sent to validate the file.
This is a great service. It was quick and easy. They even matched the traslation font to look just like my drivers license. My correspondence with the company was cordial and professional. They responded quickly to any questions I had.

I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Rush Translate again! In the future I plan to submit documents for a quote first; I didn't do this to save time however, they are very very quick. My highest praise, the customer service is amazing!
RushTranslate did not include my original copy as part of the packet that was sent to me. I understand that they are not certifying whether the original copy is authentic, however, they should at least include the copy of document as page 1 of the packet, or something like that. How would anyone know what was the original document that they were translating?
Website was a little not user friendly. My address has to be physically entered by the customer service for the Fedex charge to appear on my bill.
Thanks for posting a review. We are always happy to attach the source document to the translation, upon request. The reason we do not do this by default is that it is a not a requirement for the majority of end use cases since most require the original source material to be submitted, along with the translation. Plus, adding the source to the file creates an additional expense when shipping hard copies.
