Just finished translating a document for USCIS, here are my thoughts: Customer service: 1. Responsive, quick and informative. They have answered all my questions respectfully and politely. 2. No sales-mindset, they did not try and sell me "Get hardcopy" or "Notarize your documents". Infact they informed me and did not use my ignorance against me. Translation service: 1. Idk if translators differ, but I did AR-EN and it was really good. i speak both fluently but I wanted something "official" to have some peace of mind. The translator really did it good. 2. It was within 24 hours, before the turn-around deadline set for me. 3. I requested revisions, minor ones honestly and were done in less than 24 hours and even the translator modified certain parts like translating a stamp which was above and beyond the request. Pricing: 1. They quoted me the price for one page even though I had stamps in the second page. Didn't over charge me! Overall: It is an excellent, reliable, trustworthy, quality-focused, customer-first company. I honestly would give it 100/100 and will definitely recommend it. I was waiting for my revisions to be over to write this review because IT IS DESERVED. Comparison to competitors: WORD OF WARNING, if you were like me searching for other companies, some of them have fake 5 star reviews, I could swear that they're bots! And one company tried charged me 80$ just because there are stamps that are taking a "Second page". I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to ANYONE, my experience was with one type of documents, i do not know the quality of the other government documents or languages, but the pipeline and quality of this company is apparently over the top so I would trust them for sure!

Edit: Although they replied that they provided a quick revision to my requested edits, I had to translate the entire document on my own and give them what needs to be edited. So, basically I just paid for their certificate and did the translation on my own. A total scam! Google translate does a better job than them at translating. Almost every line had an error in my document. It does not make sense to pay them and then correct every line myself.

They were very fast. Got the docu.ents back the very next day. Good job and moving forward.
