Asked for translation of a Colombian legal document. It took a while to get it back properly translated as I had to ask for 2 revisions. I was quite surprised to notice that plural words, people names and legal terms often were mistranslated and I had the impression that it did happen out of oversight/carelessness. On the other hand, the responses to my requests were always swift. Also asked for the document to be shipped. Hopefully I will get it within reasonable time.

Used the service twice. Both turnaround  is good. 2 things i wasn't happy with:

1- Instructions for apostille is very vague and confusing.

2- customer support is not much help. You are pretty much on your own.

That's the second time I request a translation from Rush and I'm once again more than satisfied with the results.
