The translation was asked from Ukrainian to English. It seems like translation was done through an intermediate Russian translation, thus all names except the ones that were specificlly requested were translated wrong. E.g. Kiev, Petrovna should be Kyiv, Petrivna. Also the English language used was of pretty average quality with a lot of "of A of B of C". E.g. they used "the state Center of development of family" while much more correct is to use something like "the state Center of family development".

Although the service is really convenient and easy to use when you need a translation ASAP, there were several errors and typos in the translation. Even more, the first document that was sent for my review was a completely different document than the one I submitted for translation. I had to "Request a revision" and let them know that they send a document from a different customer. Once I received the translation of my document, there were several typos and translation mistakes. Additionally, some of the information of the original document was copied incorrectly (names, last names, websites). That forced me to look really closely at the translation to make sure that all the content was there and was translated accurately. Definitely a very convenient service but the quality of the translation has significant room for improvement

They did an excellent job! Brilliant! I requested 3 documents need to be translated from Japanese to English and 1 document from Vietnamese to English. They translated it within 24 hours. All the formats were kept the same as the original documents. No grammar or spelling errors. Very small details need to be revised but they revised upon my request. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who wants to get their things done!

Please don’t advertise that the turnaround time will be cut 50% if an additional cost is paid. I paid your fee of $14.95 to have 1 legal document translated with a notarized stamp and it took more than 24 hours. You also fail to correct an error on your translation when I asked to be corrected.

We delivered the translation sooner than the estimated turnaround time. We sent you the translation to review 10 hours after the order was received but you didn't approve the notarization until 10.5 hours later. By that time, it was 7:30pm EST, well after when we can provide notarization service. How can you afford to make typos in a document… unbelievable… not using your service again. 24 hr deadline was also not met. But I appreciate the prompt reply I got to my query once enquired about the delay, that’s the only silver lining. But typos… seriously…

I have used Rush Translate several times for official documents. They have always been reliable. The Chinese-English translation service is extremely bad. They started to send us a translated document with my wife’s name incorrect. After we asking them to correct that typo, the they second document is still incorrect. Yes, my name on that document is also wrongly typed, I cannot believe it and cannot imagine what would happen if we carelessly submit those important materials to uscis.

There is no direct translation of names when translating Chinese<>English. For this reason, we ask for you to provide the preferred spelling of names during checkout. You did not provide this information so the translator makes what amounts to an educated guess on the English spelling of the Chinese names. When we send the translation for your review, we specifically ask that you check the spelling of names, and if anything is incorrect, to submit a revision request from the order status page. You checked and found a name was spelled incorrectly, so we edited the document and sent it back to you less than 30 minutes later. You then submitted a second revision request for another name and we completed that within 30 minutes also. It is unfortunate that you feel disappointed in this service considering you ignored the request for preferred spelling of names which would have negated the need for revision requests and, even still, we completed the edits promptly, upon request. I hope that you better understand the process now and we will be happy to provide you with translation services again in the future, if needed. Thank you.

Not sure whether the document will suffice for most Italian law enforcement in lieu of the AAA International Driving Permit (IDP), but the translation looks good. Kathy Alvarado was extraordinary in her response timing. The company should look into providing IDPs as an alternative to AAA. It could generate a lot of revenue.
