Needed a birth certificate translated for my wife's green card process, and I needed it fairly quickly. I was fully prepared to wait 24 hours or even a few days for this to be done. They had an option t expedite the process up to 50%, which sounded great. The estimated time was ~12 hours and I got the document back within 1 hour. Did not expect that. Kind of get what you pay for here. The order didn't come in 24 hours and I had to follow up in order for them to work on my translation (1 page). I specified and paid for Traditional Mandarin translation and got the wrong translation twice. Also, they spelled my name wrong in the first iteration...

I ordered 2 translations of my cv (from English to Japanese and from English to Korean) because it was very very technical I was bit afraid about the outcome so I sent both translated cvs to my Japanese and Korean friends. They said it was spot on and pitch perfect. I'm giving u 5stars

Service great, translation had numerous errors. 

I needed a translation for a birth certificate from English to French. The document is short and straightforward with names, last names and places of birth. The translator made several mistakes and I had to send three requests for revision. I was lucky that I knew French well enough to catch these mistakes. I would not recommend this company for your translation needs, especially if your target language is French. On the bright side, they responded quickly and listened well to my suggestions.

I requested a quote and got it within minutes. The price was fair and transparent. The translation was high quality and I got it in less than 48 hours. I like the fact that revisions can be requested on the site (even though I didn't need any). The website is amazingly easy to use and beautifully design. I requested a quote first, and received an email within an hour said they were trying to give me a quote but the file I uploaded wasn’t clear to read, asked me to upload another clear one.
