This translation had a lot of issues. Common issues include the lack of gender-inclusive language, outdated or completely incorrect academic and science terms (e.g. graduate students, tenured, the STEMM acronym), and in some cases, just generally older words or incorrect words are being used. This translation is basically not usable and we are having to do the entire thing over in order to be able to use it.

I had a good experience using Rush Translate for my wife's College Transcripts and her birth certificate for the US Green Card Process. The price was upfront and cheaper then any other alternatives, and I got the translated documents back within about 24 hours. The translator made a massive mistake with my last name. Unacceptable! I was unable to use the documents I needed. No response from customer service no refund. Not good!

You sent us an email less than 10 minutes prior to posting this review - so it's not fair to say "No response from customer service". The mistake in your name can be edited quickly by submitting a revision request from the order status page. Further, we do specifically request that proper spelling of names are provided when placing the order. Since your document was handwritten and you did not provide the proper spelling for the translator to reference, it is certainly understandable that an error was made and definitely not justification for a refund. I would highly recommend Rush Translate to anyone needing documents translated quickly. They accurately translated my birth certificate and passport for a reasonable price. I liked how in addition to providing me with translated copies digitally, they also mailed me physical copies that were notarized. The digital copies were made available within 2 days, and the mailed copies I received in about a week.

I placed an order for the translation of a single college diploma from Latin to English at @10:10pm on a Friday evening. By 10:15 pm I had received an order confirmation. At 1:55pm the following day (Saturday), I received the completed translation. I requested just one word change and received that revision at 12:57am early Sunday morning. I had never heard of RushTranslate before and found the company on the Web. I felt it was worth a try precisely because 1) it was not a Mom and Pop or sole individual operation, 2) the company delivered the translation digitally, and 3) the cost was reasonable. Time was of the essence for me, and I could not have been more satisfied with RushTranslate's prompt service and quality work.

You honestly surprised me with your incredible speed to reply to questions (even on Sundays!) and finish the translation. One cannot ask for a better service. The site was well set up, the files easily uploaded. If I can suggest one update to the site itself, it would be helpful to move the file to be reviewed up into the same section as the approval. I missed it the first time and accidentally approved the translation without having looked at it. Something like "1. Review the translation; 2. Approve or Request Revision." When it comes to the translation, it was all written very professionally and accurately. The things that we had to fix were mainly due to the fact that this very old document was hard to read at times with its faded stamps and signatures. Thank you so much for your effort. I'm sure it was a difficult one compared to some of your other work. I will be sure to recommend your service to others and will reach out again when I need something else translated.

The service was quick. The translation looks accurate (I don't know Croatian, myself, but the words are what I expected). I don't know if it's been accepted by New York State, yet, but I'm pretty sure it will be. I'll come back if there's an issue, but I don't expect one.
