I had overlooked a portion of my translation after it was approved and thought they would want me to start over again but Jacqueline was very understanding and even though it was approved and completed it was sent back for review and to my relief they did the quick fix without charging extra as compared to other companies. Process was simple and easy as far the the translation went it was not very good at all. The format was fairly simple an American birth certificate. They messed up the two most crucial things, my mothers maiden name and the child's name. I'm lucky I caught the mistakes before I needed to use translated document. Will not be using this service again.

I'm very sorry you were disappointed with the quality of the translation. Please bear in mind that there is no direct translation of names from English to Russian. As such, we ask for the preferred spelling of names during the checkout process. When that info is not provided, the likelihood of the translation requiring edits increases greatly. However, we do offer a free and easy to use process for requesting revisions from the order page.
