The whole document translation is a mess and no use. This is pathetic service i ever seen by any translation service in my entire life. No use of the translation document when even the certification number also wrong which is clearly written in the number. Sorry to say but this kind of service will never be accepted in any case.

The most terrible translation service that exists on the internet. They advertise that your translation will be done within 24hrs (and so the name rushtranslate which should be changed to leisuretranslate) but it is MISLEADING. If you want an urgent service go else where. I used this service to get certificate translated on an urgent basis and uploaded the document. First response I get was after 28hrs, they needed clarification on the translation because the document was not clearly legible. In the beginning only I informed when requesting service if you need clarification don't hesitate to reach out. Reaching out for them means 28 hrs. Ok I respond back with clarification and then waited for another 14 hours to get back the response. I see that they missed something on the translate and I again provide feedback after review and then I finally got the document after 50+ hrs. This is the last time I am using this service. Terrible experience. Didn't even receive an email apologizing or providing partial refund. Bye bye LeisureTranslate.

My apologies for the delay you experienced. The translator emailed us after business hours to let us know they couldn't read the text because of the poor quality of the original document. That is what led to the delay in requesting additional information from you.

The site and translation were fine, but I paid for expedited service. Once I got the first draft (very quickly) I had to wait a very long time for my revisions to be taken into account (two typos) and as a result the service was not expedited at all. In addition, once a comment is submitted, it is impossible to edit it / add / remove and I had to send emails for that to happen.

I needed a Romanian Birth Certificate translated into English . I contacted RushTranslate and I was told that I can have it ready in 24 hours. They were true to their word, I had it within 24 hours and it looks professional and accurate. I am very pleased with the service and the interaction I had with the costumer service. Fast turnaround and accurate translation. One con - no real invoice/receipt is sent to the email address. Using the site page as an "itemized invoice" and printing the order page for an invoice is not convenient and problematic.
