We used RushTranslate in order to have a press release for a prestigious Humanitarian Award translated into Arabic. We chose the service for it's quick 24 hours turnaround. However, before sending out the press release to our media lists, I ran it by a few of my colleagues in Jordan who are fluent in Arabic. They reported that there were many grammatical errors -- and that it looked like it came out of Google Translate. Very disappointing and we won't be using this service again.

I'm not happy with the translation to Spanish. I am a fluent Spanish speaker and when I read the translation I could tell that the translator did not put in the time to capture the essence of the original document (English). It appears that Google translate was used. I didn't request a rewrite because I didn't have the time.

The document turn around was very fast and convenient, however the quality was not great this time, there were some editing issues and missing lines on the document that I had to request to be changed. Netherless to say the return was very fast!

Very good quality of paper and good transportation and quick shipping. Good service. I have a question: Do I need to put a photo on the empty square say picture? If needed I don't have the same picture with the original one. Thanks a lot.

Great question; "[PHOTO]" is listed on the translation to indicate that there is a picture/photo in the same spot on the source document. Don't use this website!!!!! I normally don't write reviews but this time I think I need to. I want to translate my documents to use. I search and found this site that has so many reviews and all good plus on the website said "guarantee" so I trusted and use their service. I use their service to translate 4 documents which $112.74. I got it 3 days later on the mail because I want hard copy to use in the future. I think it will look more official but if you don't need hard copy, then the work will be done in 48 hrs. 3 days later, I got it and I very disappointed. It's look like I did it myself. Stamp look so fake. The signature looks okay but I can sign it myself too. It looks unprofessional. I use many translation service so many times but this time its really really horrible. I contact them but they don't take any responsible and they said it was my responsible to know what I use it for and know the requirement of the place I go to. All I asked them is stamp and signature on every pages but NO, they don't even to that for me. The bottom line is Please save you money and go to another service.

The function of the Notary is to witness the signature on the certificate of translation accuracy. The notarization is an authentication of that signature. It is not appropriate for the Notary to notarize each page of the translation.

The translation is good and the response is fast. But I'm so disappointed at USPS which lost track of the shipment and delay for more than 3 days and so far it still says, "It is currently in transit to the next facility" but it's not delivered yet. It would be good to have other non-USPS shipment option.

My high schooler was traveling to Russia with a student group and needed to have a notarized Russian translation of a prescription medicine in order to be allowed to bring it into the country.
