Everything was accurate. There was only one comment to be mentioned: there were some numbers on my document in terms of a list with consecutive elements. These numbers were not taken into consideration in the translation. However, since I needed the document right away, I've decided to not ask for a revision. Thanks and until next time

This is as excellent a translation as I could have asked for. The document was an 1852 newspaper, in Dutch. The ink of the paper had faded a bit before the paper was digitized and the paper of the paper appears to be a blue, not offering the contrast needed to make it easy on the eyes. A few of the sentences will require a revision, which I think stems from the language being 170 years old and unfamiliar, and not a problem with the translator. I knew that I needed to have reasonable expectations and this translation met them. Further, the translation came sooner than expected. The price here was more affordable than other sites I have used.

You need to hire professional translators and careful. I sent you 2 files, sent back to me only one is done. When the second file finished, sent to me to review, there is spelling mistake. No change send back to me. I have to circle the mistake & restructured the sentence for you to fix the mistake. This can tell your staff is a very careless person and lack of professionalism.

Excellent Job. I appreciated your flexibility. You could simply say that the normal price is 25 dollars per page or per 2500 words....But you offered a discount, due to the amount of pages I was supposed to have translated. Excellent marketing of course. Before communicating with you, another Company was supposed to do the same job, but they was only offering a 5% of discount. So they lost and you win !! Congratulations. PS : Also one evening, I exchange for a very long moment with one of your employees.She was answering almost instantaneously ! To start, I used the free quote option before ordering the service. I had two birth certificates that needed to be translated from Arabic to English. Not many sites out there translate from Arabic, and to make sure this company was legit (because these days you never know), I checked them out on BBB.org (they had an A+ rating). I received a quote the same day, and a courtesy email from the operations manager letting me know that they can answer any questions that I may have. As soon as I confirmed my quote, the next day I received an email to review the translation. I had a couple of revisions that pertained to the spelling of a name. I submitted the new revisions, and I received another review email the same day. I would like to take this time to point out, that I am very impressed with the fact that RushTranslate made an effort to imitate the same layout that was used on the original documents. I accepted the revisions and approved my order. The overall process took three days. Thank you RushTranslate for making this process an easy breeze and a load off my shoulders.

Everything was good, thank you, just a couple of things: my last name was misspelled (but corrected quickly after my inquiry) and I put in the notes in bold letter that I need my documents to be translated in 2 different files. But that was ignored, I still got 1 file with everything (there were originally 2 absolutely different documents).

There were many careless mistakes with these translations, and there was no consultation with me. Words were ignored and the translation would have 'unreadable' which could have been solved by asking me.

We have a free and easy to use process for requesting revisions should there be any edits necessary. If the source document has text that is illegible, it is marked as such in the translation. This can be edited during the revision process, whenever possible. Thank you.
