I was very happy with the service aspect of the company. Everything was speedy; the quote, the correspondence etc. This definitely made this company a lifesaver when I found out I needed several translations A.S.A.P. I do have issue with the quality and format of the translations I recieved. I had to request ten revisions and there were maybe two that I felt were reasonable; the spelling of a name (which had been translated to illegible) and the spelling of my apartment name. The other revisions were, in my opinion, careless and unnecessary. For example, the misspelling of the word  'building'. The translation of the Japanese Postal Service symbol to 'T'. The either mistype or mistranslation of the word 'in' to 'on'.  The misordering of my area, street and apartment numbers. I also have an issue with the format of the translations. The format does not replicate the format of the original Japanese documents which can make it difficult to understand the flow. It's a little inconvenient but it is not the biggest issue I have.  The problem I have is with the excel style boxes which are too small for the text on every document. When the boxes were subsequently 'wrapped', there are a few letters of a word on one line, then underneath another couple, then underneath that a couple more. Examples than come to mind are the word 'Month' which was spread over three lines to fit in its tiny box ('M' 'on' 'th') or 'insurance premium amount' which became 'insuran' 'ce' 'premiu' 'm' 'amount'. It seems unprofessional to have words written in this way. If the format had followed the original Japanese document, the boxes wouldn't have been so small and the words would have fit easily. Again, the company helped me when I needed a certified translation A.S.A.P but the quality was a little disappointing.

I am very satisfied with the translation and processing time. I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs their documents translated quickly and accurately.

Could have achieved better results using google translate, the translator had my name different in every location.   It's a name, not something to be altered in documents.  Let's see if they get accepted or rejected by the DMV.  A little thoroughness would go a long way.

I ordered several very technical medical reports to be transalted from Portuguese into English. The transaltion seemed accurate, however, a lot of the terminology used is unknown to me given the nature of the very specialized subject matter. I trust it is all correct. The turnaround was within the spilulated time and the support was available when requested. I would recommend this service to others.

I ordered "Translation of Birth Certificate from Farsi to English", a two-page document .  RushTranslate provided superb customer service.  Prior to ordering, I scanned my document and emailed it to RushTranslation.  Within minutes, they provided me with a personalized reply email including a precise cost quote for "basic translation" as well as various additional options that I was curious about.  The turn around time after I placed my order for a "basic translation", was remarkably short, about 12 hours.  I had a couple of minor revisions to make (such as spelling of my last name).  The revision was completed by midnight of the same day!  I cannot possibly ask for more.  I would choose this service again and I would recommend it to others. Fast and very friendly to use service, 5 stars. However, too many misspelled names and errors. Part of text was omitted in translation (2 times sentences merged) that was not mistake from robo-translation but intentional man-made negligence. Considering intentionally wrong translation, service is too expensive, Translate Google is for free.

RushTranslate provided a good quality service in a very short amount of time. It was a bit pricey however well worth it because of the importance of the documents, the time that I required them and the quality of the translation. The documents were translated and notarized in a matter of three days and in my inbox ready to go. I recommend highly recommend these guys, I will be using them again whenever in need of a proper translation.
