This is the third time I have used RushTranslate for USCIS purposes. I am incredibly pleased with the quality of the translations and that the translation is indeed returned in the time promised. I appreciate that when there was clarification required on the documents I was submitting, they emailed their questions within an hour or two of my submission. This meant I still received my documents in a timely manner. Their service helped alleviate the stress of what is an extremely important step in submitting international documentation. I haven't had to request notarization, but I love that the option is available. Gives proof of their dedication to quality of service.

Had a multi page birth records and adoption paper to translate and certify for USCIS use. Submitted it at 8pm and it was available it was available 9 pm the day after. Was mpressed with the accuracy of various "proper legal" spellings. On the 2 pages the only issue was a number digit that was missing. I submitted a revision around 3am and it was fixed by 8am. So overall very happy with speed and service especially when you consider they have basically the lowest price out there and you can actually see the price upfront rather then the request quote that many other sites uses.

Incredibly fast and inexpensive but I am waiting to see whether the translated document will be accepted or not - one thing I noted in hindsight is the English spelling of foreign names. There should have been communications before translation but this was done arbitrarily by the translator and the English spelling is incorrect. We will see...

We do ask for the preferred spellings of names during checkout as many names cannot be translated directly. Since you didn't provide the spelling at checkout the translator did their best to translate the name accurately. It sounds like they didn't get it right, but that is not a problem as you can request a revision directly from your order status page to have it corrected. Thanks.
