Friend of mine said this is a good place to request translation. My first impression is not as good as hers. The birth date was translated incorrectly. HUGE mistake. I understand the other TYPO but not the birthday. I'm not sure how the process is but I think there should be a second person verifying the documents before sending to costumer. 

Service was great and prompt. Even us older, slightly computer-challenged adults were able to scan and send our document with relative ease. Turn-around time was very good (less than 24 hours). Ours was a fairly simple, short document, and the translation made sense and served our purposes. We will certainly use RushTranslate for future translation needs. Thank you.

This translation was generally appropriate but had some errors are required a couple edits until it was truly prepared to deliver.

Website was easy to use and comments/revisions were addressed in a timely manner.  Discount was received when first draft did not contain translation of all text.  However, the quality of the translation was not what I had expected.  Once all text was translated, there were many grammatical errors, misspellings, sentences which did not make sense.  If there had been a reviewer who had gone over the translation before it was sent out, most of these would probably have been addressed.  For the amount of time I had to spend doing what a reviewer should have done and the amount it cost, my overall experience would be rated less than average.

The documentation I sent in was for a birth certificate and it was translated as a record of divorce. This document is being used for immigration purposes and if I didn’t thoroughly go through the document, this could have possibly caused question. Although I received the revision on a timely manner, it’s disappointing to know that I had to correct the translator.

Amazing! Very professional and prompt with their delivery. I was worried that I would not have the translation I needed regarding a legal document in time for a passport renewal of my youngest child.
