Romanian to English
Useless translation, the vaccines names weren't translated to the medical name in English, were just written the same in the original and my doctor had to look them up online. The other words besides the vaccine names i didn't need them at all, tho they were translated correct.

This was a certified translation so we can't add text that wasn't present in the source material. Your doctor abbreviated the vaccine names so our only option is to translate the abbreviations as written into the target language. Thank you for understanding!

The translation was correct but vague, the translator tried to translate proper names of institutions into German such as Universität von Tennessee etc. Nationality in context of citizenship and not ethnic group should have been translated as Staatsangehoerigkeit or Staatsbuergerschaft and not Nationalitaet. I found a few other sentence constructs that did not sound totally native. The service is extremely convenient but next time I will sit down and do it myself if I want to stress accuracy (as in the case of a CV).

In terms or customer service, responsiveness, and completing the work in a very timely manner, I was extremely satisfied with RushTranslate. They were also quite generous in their quote and thorough when I requested revisions to the translated documents for "illegible" names or addresses. I believe the translations to be first rate, but, unfortunately, I did not get to utilize them for their intended purposes of Italian Dual Citizenship because of a technicality in my application, so I cannot fully attest as to whether the documents will be accepted by a monstrous, bureaucratic organization. This is not a comment on RushTranslate in any way, simply a statement of my uncertainty.

I am truly impressed with RushTranslate. I paid extra for their expedited 12 hour turnaround service. When they say 12 hour turnaround, they mean it! I received my order confirmation email at 11:10 PM and the following morning at 9:46 AM, I received an email stating that my order was ready for review. The translation from Arabic to English was spot on and all of the comments I made were addressed and appropriately applied in the translated document. I reviewed and accepted the translation and within the next 30 minutes my final certified copy was available for download. I also purchased for a paper copy be mailed to me and it arrived in 3 days.
