The majority of the documents were satisfactory, but there were inconsistency errors in how the job title was translated throughout the document. It should have been the same as it is an official title. There was also some inconsistency in the use of autochtone and indigène through the files, even when referring to the same committee or subject. Autochtone likely would have been the most accurate choice across the document as in all cases the phrasing was directly referring to indigenous peoples in Canada. We chose to do our own corrections due to our deadline, so no revisions were requested.

Tried one translator but the phone number on their site was no good. Tried a second one, but got no answer on quote 24 hours later, So I tried Rush and are very happy with them, Easy contact, They solved my problem right away and in just a few hours I got the translation that even my lawyer was happy with. It’s absolutely terrible! I began to review the translation and realized it was not right. I was planning to send all corrections but it was so overwhelming that I had to pay for a new translation. I think that the translation was done by a machine and was not even checked before it was sent to me. I WOULD NOT recommend this company at all! NEVER EVER! Loss of time and money!

Im so disappointed. I just took this to the consulate and they rejected this translation. They pointed out a few errors. RushTranslate added or changed numbers on my childs' birth certificate. I had to pay such a premium because I was at the consulate and needed my official documents translated at that moment. I would appreciate a refund. I paid $69.85 for 1 document and it was rejected.
