I had a disappointing experience with this service. I submitted passport pages that already contained official English translations printed directly on the documents over 90% of the content was already translated by the issuing authority.Instead of acknowledging this and offering a practical solution, the company insisted on treating the request as a full retranslation and asked for the full fee of /$49.90. This made no sense given the minimal effort required especially since the translation already ********** make matters worse, they spent far more time justifying their policy than it wouldve taken to simply extract the existing text and format it into a certified version.This overly rigid and impersonal approach left me frustrated and disappointed. I ultimately declined to proceed, even if the service had been offered free of charge. I hope they improve their flexibility and customer care going forward.

Really needed my translation done in 24 hours. I left a note about some concern and got an imetially response, although I missed it. I emailed them back very late at night claryfing my note and I got an imetially response again. I was worried that my order wouldn't be ready in 24 hours because I missed the first email to them move on with my order, but they met the deadline anyway. I'm so impressed with the efficiency and customer service of this company. The price is also very reasonable.

I am generally satisfied but the accuracy is not always 100%. It is better to carefully check out their first version before approval to avoid trouble with the wrong translation.

Fast, good and reliable, might improve the prices in small text documents like diplomas or degrees with not too much text in it, but besides that, it was an amazing service, will use it again!
