I was referred to Rush Translate via a friend who used the service in 2018. I was very happy that I did use this provider. The service is prompt and professional. The inquiry team, the translator, along with the operation manager have been all engaged for any inquiry and edits needed until fully satisfied. The turnaround are within 24 hours or on the same day. I was very happy with the service provided from the moment I interacted with them.

Very satisfied!  Had 5 documents certified translated from Spanish (of which I'm fluent), and they were basically perfect!  Only one specific word in Venezuelan Spanish (odontologo, was translated to odontologist instead of dentist) was mistaken, but I'm still otherwise 100% satisfied with the speed of translation which came back to me on a Saturday and faster than their 3-4 day estimate, the cost, and the quality.  Will use Rush Translate again to be sure!

Great translation service! Got a 4-page legal document translated in 2 days as advertised, with just a few typos that were promptly corrected upon request in revision. Translator did a great job preserving document's formatting, including translation of all stamps and seals.

Cons: paid for expedited turnaround and mail delivebut copies were delivered late and USPS has been substandard. Suggest to use different mail carrier to align with “ Rushtranslate” qualities.

RushTranslate were willing to negotiate the price, since my pages were half-empty, and quoted my order on number of words bases. Other place, I asked for a quote, didn't want to do it.

Initial document title was translated as "Instrument", when the actual document was a Certificate. One name had a typo. Issues were corrected in one hour.
