Service is good what I can’t say about the quality. I had only one and the main request for the translator to text my name as I asked it to be done and my request was ignored. Also was a mistake in my Surname.

I'm pleased with this service! It's user-friendly, and I like that you can review the translation beforehand. The delivery was within the expected time frame of 24h. The translator was ATA-certified and provided a translation of quality. I'd tried other translation services before but this is my favorite one so far.

RushTranslate offers an excellent service. They are quick and their translations have high quality. The support agents are very kind. They permit you to suggest replacing words with others you consider more appropriate. Additionally, you can request as many revisions as necessary. If you request the translation of different documents in one order, but you need the documents separately, I suggest you ask for that at the beginning of the service order.

I have been using this service quite a few times now and they are super efficient. Very well executed and pretty fast. Regarding the timing could be more precise when requested for 24 or 12 hours. Sometimes it can be 2 hours late but it's understanding.

Very quick turn around and quality translation. I had forgotten a page that need to be translated. Contacted support (via email) and explained the situation. Heard back within an hour. They modified the order, I paid the delta, uploaded the additional page and I was on my way. All via email, no phone calls or phone queues. Great service all around. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

The company was very helpful with answering questions and the turn around was great. I just wish there had been more clarification on the website about what constitutes "a page." Something that was slightly above 2 pages when printed was considered 4 pages.

The service provided was excellent in terms of had the opportunity to select a rapid return of the document, a Death Certificate that was translated from English to Italian. In using your Website, it was a very simple process to use and was also given the opportunity to include any concerns or questions regarding the submital of the document. Service and translation was so quickly and price was much cheaper than the one whom I ordered before in Japan. But, the translator didn't understand Japanese era names which are often important for official documents.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but since it was solicited… here it is. Positives: Very responsive, easy to navigate and easy to use website. Quality of work: I won’t be using the translated document. The formatting of the end result leaves a lot to be desired (text alignment, font consistency etc.) Part of the text was not initially translated - I caught it and submitted request for revision which was promptly completed, however after it was finalized, I noticed other issues such as the course code containing the letter “B” somehow became a numeral “8”. Perhaps the document was translated using OCR? In any case, I will be paying for another translation elsewhere, perhaps little less rushed. Willingness to recommend? - If you’re in a hurry and don’t necessarily need professional looking results, sure.

As noted when you placed the order, grade conversions are not part of a translation - it is a separate process that requires a different specialist. Certified translation is the first step, which is what was ordered and delivered here. The second step is to provide the original document and the certified translation to a credential evaluation company to have the grades converted to US standards.
