Apostille is not within the standards of the world, apostille received was completely different than what it should had been. Missing the barcode and red/yellow seal and it was not done by a recognized lawyer. Had to apostil the document again.

Thank you for your review. The apostille provided was an official e-apostille issued by the Kentucky Secretary of State, fully valid under the Hague Apostille Convention. E-apostilles use digital authentication, so they do not include physical elements like red/yellow seals or barcodes. Our service descriptions explain these differences, and we’re always available to answer questions about the deliverables if there are any doubts.

Hello!!! Otherwise the delivery was perfect but there was no copy of the original page so how will the passport agency trust that this was actually the translation of the original document?

Prior to placing the order, you asked whether your original documents might also require an apostille. As we explained at that time, requirements can vary depending on the end user, and we encouraged you to share their specific instructions so we could help guide you. We did not receive further information, so we proceeded with the services you selected.
We always aim to help clients meet their final destination requirements, and we would be happy to review the receiving party’s instructions, when that information is provided. In some cases, authorities may indeed require an apostille for the original document itself.
