I am very disappointed with their service. They are unprofessional and do not pay attention to the details of the translation. I asked them to translate my birth certificate, which is important, but they made some mistakes. I understand the initial mistake, but when I received the document after it was corrected, I found that some of the mistakes were still there. This shows that they were negligent and did not realize the importance of the content of the document.What happened was that it was a waste of my time because in order to use this important document, I had to wait for them to edit the document twice. I sent them an email to have it corrected, but what I received was not even an apology.

The process was very easy and quick. They also let you review the translation, in case it needs any changes. Will totally recommend!
