For certified translation purposes, a page is calculated based on word count rather than the physical page of the document. One page includes 250 words with a 60-word buffer, meaning a page can contain up to 310 words. Documents that exceed that amount are counted as additional pages because there is more content that needs to be translated.
In this case, the document contained 405 words, which is why it was counted as two pages even though it appeared as a single physical page.

I'm very disappointed about my experience because I asked for my diploma translation, and it was refused by the Tulsa Public School (Tulsa, OK) because not certified by the state. I had to do an other translation to be accepted.

Our certified translations include a signed certificate of accuracy and follow the standard format widely accepted by many government agencies and institutions. However, each organization sets its own submission requirements. In some cases, institutions may require documentation from a state-authorized or court-approved translator, which differs from a standard certified translation.
Because we were not provided with Tulsa Public Schools’ specific requirements at the time of ordering, we completed the service as requested. The best course of action when submitting documents to any institution is to confirm their exact requirements in advance. If there are questions such as whether a translation must be certified by a specific state authority or performed by a state-authorized translator, our Support team can clarify whether our service meets those criteria before an order is placed.
We regret this situation and hope to serve you again in the future when appropriate.

Worst company ever ! I will never use them again be careful because they have 12 hour turn around but that’s just for the translation. Anything else is not documented on the site. I missed an important appointment I told them I didn’t want their services anymore and a refund they denied my refund and sent me it anyway hours late. Disgusting company. Disgusting people.
