That is the 3rd time I am using the services of Rush Translate and I am perfectly happy with it. Translation is completed in very little time and all revisions are also handled timely. They are also flexible to answer all specific needs within short delay and at reasonable cost. The website interface is also pretty clear and easy to navigate.

Rush Translate's service is very fast. I got my translations in less than 24h. Just make sure you check the numbers and all the informations before considering it to your final purpose. I used their service twice and both times I had to request a revision. It was totally fine once they reviewed my document and answered in less than 30 min. It was great!

Just great and super fast!
I needed to translate a marriage certificate and it was done super fast (less than 5 hours or so). The interface is very user-friendly, the communication is very easy and it's done right on the page of the order, and you see all the progress (files submitted, revision requests) at one place. I'm pleased with the service.
This is my second time using RushTranslate and I did not receive any notification that the preview was available. The first time around I got one and I was able to review it right away, but this time the e-mail did not arrive and I was only able to review and approve the translation tracking the order confirmation e-mail.
If I had gotten the notification I could've approved it sooner.
I checked my spam folder also and there was nothing there... Is this normal? To not receive a notification on your e-mail to review the translation?

I checked our email logs and confirmed the "Your order is ready to review" email was sent to you as expected and your email server confirmed receipt of it. We don't have visibility as to what happens to the email after that though. You'll have to speak with whomever administrates your email to track down where the email went once they received it. Let us know if there is anything we can do on our end to assist.
I was very impressed by the speed of the translation and the great communication on the part of the staff. There was one issue with the year (likely because Japanese years are not counted the way they are in the U.S.) They were polite and prompt in fixing the issue. Thank you so much!

I requested quotes from different services by the end of an afternoon and Rush Translate, went beyond my expectations, providing me a quote in about 15 minutes, even out of regular working hours. In addition their price was competitive, and they had good reviews, so I had no second thoughts in confirming my order.
The service was completed in less than 24 hours and I requested a revision because of a number in one of the documents, because of the low quality of the image. I requested the revision, sent a better quality image and the correction was made quickly.
In summary, in less than 48 hours I requested, corrected, approved and printed my documents. Excellent service! I highly recommend Rush Translate services.
