Hi Taraneh, I'm a little confused as this was a one page order, not 8 pages as you mentioned. Also, the quality of the source file was quite poor. That said, if you find that the translation requires edits, please submit a revision request from your order status page and it will be routed to the translator to review and apply edits, as appropriate. This translation had a lot of issues. Common issues include the lack of gender-inclusive language, outdated or completely incorrect academic and science terms (e.g. graduate students, tenured, the STEMM acronym), and in some cases, just generally older words or incorrect words are being used. This translation is basically not usable and we are having to do the entire thing over in order to be able to use it.

I had a good experience using Rush Translate for my wife's College Transcripts and her birth certificate for the US Green Card Process. The price was upfront and cheaper then any other alternatives, and I got the translated documents back within about 24 hours. It was a 5 star experience and I would use them again, highly reccomend trying them out.

The translator made a massive mistake with my last name. Unacceptable! I was unable to use the documents I needed. No response from customer service no refund. Not good!

I'm sorry you are disappointed but your review is very misleading. You sent us an email less than 10 minutes prior to posting this review - so it's not fair to say "No response from customer service". The mistake in your name can be edited quickly by submitting a revision request from the order status page. Further, we do specifically request that proper spelling of names are provided when placing the order. Since your document was handwritten and you did not provide the proper spelling for the translator to reference, it is certainly understandable that an error was made and definitely not justification for a refund. Please find your revised translation available from the order status page.
