They did not translate a single word to my transcript. Charged me excessive amount of money for a one page transcript. Demanded a refund since not a single word was translated to my transcript and refund was rejected. I would not recommend using this service. Bad service experience.
The translation was completed. However, translations are not inclusive of grade conversion. Translation into English and evaluation of the credentials, and/or conversions of grades into are very different services that require different specialists. We don't offer credential evaluation, just translation, which is required prior to credential evaluation. Please let us know if you have any questions.
I’m pretty shocked that this translator missed the date. There isn’t much to actually translate since the document format is the same as other marriage certificates. They only needed to get the dates and names correct. If I hadn’t checked, the date miss could have really affected the accuracy of my documentation. Then after giving a revision to fix the name spelling and date, this translator didn’t even fix the date? This delayed my translation another date. I wouldn’t recommend them to a friend, especially since the dates could have been translated by google and then when given the exact information, they couldn’t even copy and paste it.

I think there is a missing step in the workflow, this could be a system enhancement, when a document is done the user must be able to accept it as correct before the status goes to complete, completed with errors or missing parts is not a completed job.

The service is easy to use, however the translation must have been sent with a comparison: english + japanese. Otherwise it is very difficult to identify the translated sentences
