I would evaluate my translation service as "POOR". As I got my translated document, i found 3 mistakes in them. I had to read through every single line. I could use a template for translation for free but I decided to choose rushtranslate and pay so I can have confidence that everything is translated accurately. However, For such short document, frankly speaking, I think these are many mistakes. So I cant rate this as a good quality service to be honest! Sorry!

Use of machine translation is expressly prohibited on our site as all translations we deliver are completed by professional human translators with native skills. That said, you will likely find many instances where portions of text matches what you would find from a machine translation. However, there are typically tell tale signs of a machine translation with post human editing (MTPE). We do not allow MTPE and will promptly dismiss any translator if there are indications that they completed the work in this manner. We ran a compare report on your translation and do not see any indications of MTPE. I appreciate the ease of using the site, but the quality of the translation is bad considering multiple typos were made on names π¨π§ π ππ’π«ππ‘ πππ«ππ’ππ’ππππ. I submitted one revision request and it was corrected. I then submitted another because I noticed another typo in a name. The new translation they sent me corrected the new typo, but included all the old typos I'd already asked to be corrected in the first revision. I didn't even bother requesting a third revision. Considering I paid for an expedited translation to use for USCIS, this is not a reliable service to use. I'm just very surprised that names on birth certificates wouldn't be double checked.

Super fast. Less than 5 hours
The service is good. Questions were answered quickly and even after the translation was finished, requests were processed quickly. However, the translation was not so good. I had to have my translation revised twice. There were always simple grammatical errors and also word errors. I would always double check the translation to rule out mistakes.
