Overall the service was pretty good. My only complaint is the extra $2.54 charge for a Signature Required Delivery that didn't happen. They delivered it without a signature.

My apologies, not sure why USPS delivered without collecting a signature. Thanks for letting us know, we have issued a refund for that amount.

The translation is not good. I had use another translator as translation was obviously not correct. I wasted money on using RushTranslate.
